MALE TAJNE VELIKIH ENTUZIJASTA – međunarodna kompilacija Tajne Mape Podzemlja 1 (The Secret Maps of Underground 1) kolektiva Underground Muzika (samizdat, 2019)

“Uradi-sam” kao koncept je veoma zarazan, naročito kada se nađe ravnoteža i efikasan način da se okupi kritična masa ljudi koji slično razmišljaju. Kada se radi o samostalnom izdavaštvu, tu bi jednostavno trebalo zaboraviti materijalnu korist, jer se poprilično velike stvari mogu uraditi i izvesti i bez novca, uz malo strategije, poznanstva sa svih strana i nesebične saradnje – vi prosudite da li se to i desilo sa izdanjem koje je upravo kročilo na bespuće Interneta!
Pominjao sam ranije kolektiv “Underground Muzika” a sada je prilika da im zaista od srca čestitam na ostvarenju ovakvog projekta, naročito administratorima istoimene Facebook grupe, Jovanu i Filipu. Bez preteranih trzavica (nekoliko bendova koji su odbili/odustali), okupili su sjajnu ekipu oko mini-serije kompilacija pod nazivom Tajne Mape Podzemlja, čiji je prvi deo objavljen na YouTube kanalu. Album je fino izbalansiran između žanrova, s obzirom da kolektiv gaji entuzijazam kako prema žestokoj muzici (metal), tako i prema formama elektronske i avangardne muzike, prisutna su i poznata i manje poznata imena na kompilaciji, sa bukvalno svih strana sveta, od Balkana do Perua i nazad. Za svakog ponešto, ali zaista!
Moram napomenuti, ekipa na kompilaciji je skupljena za malo više od mesec dana, a za vizuelni deo se pobrinuo Milosav Ostojić, ilustrator u usponu!

BIG ENTHUSIASTS, SMALL SECRETS – international compilation “Tajne mape podzemlja”(„Secret maps of the Underground“) by the “Underground Music” collective (2019, self-released)
DIY is a very contagious concept, especially when you find the right balance, and an effective way to gather a group of people who share the same vision. When it comes to DIY labels, material benefits should be forgotten, simply because great things can also be realized without money, all you need is a little strategy, world-wide connections, and unselfish cooperation – you be the judge if that’s what happened with this project that just stepped into this wilderness that we like to call Internet!
I have mentioned earlier the „Underground Music“ collective, but now I will use this opportunity to congratulate them for this epic project, especially the administrators of Facebook group of the same name, Jovan and Filip. Without any serious obstacles (a few bands rejected/quit), they managed to gather a great matter of artists in this compilation mini-series called Tajne mape Podzemlja (Secret maps of the Underground), which first part is published on the collective's You tube channel. It's very well balanced between genres, considering this collective consists of mainly metal music enthusiasts, they also included various forms of electronic as well as some avantgarde music. Both known and unknown names are present on this compilation, from all around the world, the Balkans to Peru and back. Everyone's cup of tea, literally!
I also have to mention, these artist were gathered for a bit more than a month, and the visual part was created by Milosav Ostojić, an uprising Serbian illustrator!
